原材料:椰子,红糖,面粉,酵母粉,豆浆粉

1.椰子祛皮,切块 破壁机打碎后加入面粉,豆浆粉及酵母粉。

4.和面到三光,到温暖处直到面粉发大两倍。

3.面粉搓成条,切块。

4.面团压扁。

5.擀面杖擀平到一厘米厚度。

7.在面皮中间用筷子夹一下。

8.中间放一个小糖块

9.在筷子褶皱处把面皮翻面。

10.蒸盘涂抹椰子油防止粘。

11.温水锅里二次发酵,面团发大后,面团水开后蒸10分钟就可以了。

12.贝壳馒头蒸熟,不要焦急开盖,等一个三分钟才开,这样可以防止热胀冷缩,面团回缩。
