有人问我，那些影、视、歌星们为什么有那么大的福报？有那么多的媒体报道？有那么多的粉丝追捧？同时还拥有那么多金钱与物质？他们的名声远远大过了那些为国家和民族做出重大贡献的科学家、医学家、军事家⋯⋯这是为什么？
Somebody asks me why those movie, TV and singing stars have so many blessings. Why do they have so much media coverage, the pursuit by so many fans as well as so much money and stuff? Their reputation is far greater than that of scientists, medical scientists, militarist and other people who make significant contributions to the country. Why?
中国有句古语这样讲到：“人若好善，福虽未至，其祸已远离；人若好恶，祸虽未至，其福已远离”。影、视、歌星们之所以名利双收，一方面是他们今生的努力拼博，但另一方面更是他们前世修来的“人天褔报”，比如前世乐善好施，用金钱和物质帮助了许多人。今生这些喜爱和追捧他们的人，自然是来报恩的。所以任何事物的得失都是我们自己造就的，现在决定未来。
There is an old saying in China: “If a man is benevolent, disaster keeps away from him though blessing does not come to him yet; if a man is vicious, blessing is already away from him though disaster is not incurred yet”. Why do movie, TV and singing stars gain both fame and wealth? On one hand, this is because they work hard in their present life; on the other hand, this is due to “Heaven Blessing” gained by them in their previous life. For example, they always did good things naturally and happily and helped a lot of people with money and stuff in their previous life. Those people who like and chase after them actually come into their present life to pay a debt of gratitude for them. Therefore, the gain or loss of everything is caused by us on our own. The present decides the future.
当然，如果今天大红大紫的明星们不明真相，不懂得珍惜他们的褔报因缘，不注重品德和行为的修养，不行善积德回报社会，来世或者今生同样会遭到不好的结果。
Of course, if the present super stars fail in understanding the truth, learning to cherish their karma of blessings, paying attention to the cultivation of their moral character and behavior, or showing mercy and accumulating virtue by contributing back to the society, then they are also bound to suffer from bad results in the world to come or in their present life.
因此我们不用去羡慕明星们所拥有的名和利，也不要盲目地追捧，他们所拥有的一切，都是他们自己造就的结果。这就是道法自然，这就是因果循环。
Therefore, we do not need to envy the fame and fortune owned by the stars or chase after them blindly. All that they have is gained by them on their own. This is so-called “Tao Follows Nature” and “Cause & Effect Circulation”.（2017年6月25日马小秋分享）
