在漫长而又短暂的人生旅途中，我们每一个人都不可避免地犯各种各样的错误。犯错是人生不可缺少也不能缺少的必然经历。
During the long and short journey of life, each of us is bound to make all kinds of mistakes. Mistakes are necessary and indispensable experiences to people’s life.
我们每一个人，从脱胎落地来到这个世界的那一刻开始，我们对自己“为什么来、来做什么、以及我们将要去到哪里”都全然不知。正因为如此，我们才要在自己犯下的错误中，尝识苦果而从中得以清醒。既然人生避免不了犯错，那我们应该怎样对待错误的发生呢？
Every one of us was completely unaware of our own on that “Why we come to the world? What we will do? And where we will go?” from the moment that we fell onto this world. Because of this, we have to taste the bitter of mistakes we made and learn from them. Since making mistakes cannot be avoided in our life, then how should we treat it?
子贡有曰：＂君子之过也，如日月之食焉。过也，人皆见之；更也，人皆仰之。＂是的，君子的错误，就像太阳和月亮暂时被黑云遮敞了。过错时人人都看得见，君子一旦承认错误并忏悔和改正了错误，这时人们就像看太阳和月亮一样地仰望君子的光亮。因为君子的本质和品性是优秀的，其善根褔德是本来具备的，只是一时的妄想、分别、执着让君子暂时脱离本性而迷失了。
Zigong said, “Like the sun and the moon’s running, a gentleman makes a mistake; as he is making a mistake, all the people see; while he corrects the mistake, everyone looks up to him.” Yes, the mistake of a gentleman just like the sun and the moon was temporarily shaded by cloud. Everyone can see he mistakes, and once the gentleman admits, repents and corrects the mistake, then people look up to the gentleman’s light just like looking up to the sun and moon. Because the nature and character of a gentleman is excellent and his good blessings and virtue is already prepared, he was just temporarily made out of nature and be lost by a delusion, argument and ideologism.
古人云：＂行有不得，反求诸己＂。一个集体中的人犯了错，同样也折射出我们自己的错。因此面对错误，我们毎一个人都要深刻地反省自己。
The ancients said: “If your efforts all fall flat, you should examine yourself.” A mistake made by someone of a collective also reflects the fault of our own. Therefore facing the mistake, each of us must deeply reflect on ourselves.（2017年6月17日马小秋分享）
