一天，有人问我：＂大学之道，在明明德，在亲民，在止于至善＂这段话是什么意思？
One day, someone asked me, what is the meaning of “The Way of the great learning lies in illuminating luminous virtue, treating the people with affection, and resting in perfect goodness”?
其实，这段话是儒家代表作《大学》这遍文章的开篇。这里的＂大学＂，指的是＂大人之学＂。什么是大人呢？
In fact, this paragraph is the opening of a masterpiece of Confucian The Great Learning. Here, “The Great Learning” refers to “the Learning of a Master”。Then what kind of man is the Master?
＂大人＂乃圣贤之人，是明了宇宙人生真理的人，是具备高等智慧和心灵品质的人，是心灵、智慧、人格成熟到至高境界的人，是无私奉献、拥有天下格局的人。
The “Master” is a saint and a Magi who understands the truth of the universe and life. With high intelligence and spiritual qualities, he matures his spirit, wisdom and personality to the highest level. He is the person of selfless dedication and with the entire world in his heart.
＂明德＂，乃日月之合而明也。明什么？明日月之德，明天地之道，明宇宙、天地、自然的运转法则。天地宇宙在运转过程中所呈现的特征、特性也就是日月的特征和特性。
The “luminous virtue” is combining the virtue of the sun and the moon to be illumination goodness. What is to illuminate? 进而＂明明德＂就是心灵、智慧、人格、德能成熟到圣人、贤士的境界，也就是＂内圣＂的境界。这时才能真正做到＂亲民＂，亲民是向外付出、善行、全身心地服务大众。效法日月之徳，天地之道，用实际行动，无休无止地信受奉行，如此善行直至成就一个高度文明的大同世界！从而也成就了大人的＂内圣外王＂的品质地位。

Following the example of the virtue of the sun and the moon, the way of the heaven and the earth, he acts on the goodness and benefaction endlessly with his practical actions, until to achieve One World of high civilization, and also to achieve the Master’s quality status of “Inner Holiness and External Reign”.
