对于一个大目标,需要分解成很多的小目标,这些小目标之间层层递进,最终达到总目标。分的越细,完成起来就会越轻松,知道不可以细分下去为止,降低门槛。
比如对于试讲,讲一篇语法课。
1、首先分析题本,而分析题本需要注意挖掘其中的知识点,根据文章内容,挖掘出来语法点。如有一篇是关于If 引导的条件状语从句,蕴含的知识点主要是decision making和 consequences.如果做了某件事情,会带来什么后果。
再次分析这篇文章体现出来的情感目标是什么,达到育人价值。
这篇的情感教育,可以围绕做决定来说。做决定前,要认真思考,不要冲动。
2、开始构思课程结构,3p模型。导入,呈现,练习,巩固。
3、开始设计每一个细节。
第一:导入
由于是文章是讲行为和后果的关系。那么可以播放一个关于地球受到污染的视频,提两个问题。
Q1:What are the causes of this serious condition?
people's activities such as throwing rubbish and fishing too much.
Q2: What will our planet be like if we keep on doing this?
The earth will be damaged greatly and we have no place to live in.
第二:呈现
通过问两个问题,引到今天的语法点。What will happen if you play sports for a living?
生答: If you play sports for a living, your job will sometimes be dangerous.
到了目标句型。开始抛出几个问题,学生思考
Q1:What is it?
Q2:What's the function of it?
Q3: What should we pay attention to when we use it?
学生讨论,教师总结
It is if clause. The sentence includes if is Surbonidate clause and the other is main clause.(形式上)
We use it to talk about decision and the consequence it will bring about when make this decision. (功能)
Beside this we should pay attention to the tense. The main clause is in simple future tense and the Surbonidate clause is in present tense.(补充点)
第三:练习
形式上练习:一般是补全句子。Please complete the sentence with verbs in the box. you should use the correct form.
例如:If I get up an hour later,I (will be) late for school.
If you go to the party, you (will have) a great time.
意义练习:根据图片造句
If I come back home late, I will not finish my home work.
If he wins the game, he will give people gifts.
第四:巩固输出
学生说
suppose you are a reporter and to write a short passage to call for the public to protect the environment, what would you do?
please remember to use the if clause we learned today. I'please give you 5minutes.

第五:总结和作业
总结:Be serious when making decision
作业:朗读文章,寻找新的保护地球的方法,下节课分享。
4、简案梳理完毕,开始先练习一遍
5、开始录视频,对着视频,练完会听,哪些地方要改进。在这个过程中不断修正。
这样一个流程下来,一篇试讲才可以说完成了。每一个环节都要认真思考,琢磨。
结构化:
这个还是老问题,得要有思路,而且还要打开来,思路打不开,几句话车轱辘倒来倒去,没用新意。得要从不同角度,如学生,教师,师生关系,学校等。
