    1. Be structured: take the audience down the path of your logic in clear (introduction), easy to follow (storyline and chart).

    2. Remember that there are diminishing marginal returns to effort. 边际效益递减:不断耗费组员的精力(例如熬夜)是不值当的。Many people accept nothing less than perfection, however, don't let the best be the enemy of the good 追求完美是好事,但是不要过于苛刻。

    3. Your audiences expect something new!

    4. salesmanship. if you want to tell your clients something hard to accept, come to his/her office, and tell them step by step. 提供正确的答案很重要,表达的方式也同样需要经过考量。

    5. working with your clients rather than work for them, let the clients engage in the process.


    Take advantage of others' experience if you can. Find someone senior in your organization to be your mentor.

    Travel is an opportunity to do things outside your normal realm of experiences.

    In a case interview, the interviewer wants to see how well the interviewee can think about a problem, rather than how correctly she answer it.

    If you want a life, plan ahead and don't take work home.

    Every problem has a solution, it may not be perfect, but it will allow me to take actions that are directionally correct.
