食材表:
土豆2个、食盐少许、辣椒粉适量、黑胡椒粉适量、咸蛋黄调料适量
制作方法:
1、土豆去皮切成小块,放入蒸笼里面隔水蒸熟

2、蒸熟后放入大碗中,加入咸蛋黄调味料,捣成土豆泥,越细腻越好

3、放入少许食盐,然后加入辣椒粉和黑胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,装入裱花袋里面,这样更容易操作

4、垫一张硅油纸,把土豆泥挤上去,大小尽量保持一致

5、再盖一张硅油纸,然后轻轻的把土豆泥擀开,薄厚尽量一致,这样烤出来的口感才会一致

6、把表层的硅油纸揭开,然后放入预热好的烤箱,140度烤30分钟,咸蛋黄薯片就做好了

如果没有烤箱,也可以用微波炉高火叮七分钟
