When Jesus would face the crucifixion, he knew that his disciples also needed to relax, because they would face the turbulence and persecution soon. To encourage the disciples, Jesus said that he would grant the holy spirit being with them living. The Holy spirit would remind them about Jesus’s teaching. In our life, many things make us feel anxious, but we can remind ourselves that the holy spirit is with us. Jesus has granted the peace to us, so we should rely on the Lord anything.
Today, I am facing a difficult thing during my work. I have a QC team including twelve QC girls. Two of them have made the mistakes about the discipline issue for two times. When they made the mistakes, they admitted their bad behaviors and submitted me a written self-criticism. Usually, I believe their attitudes. Everyone may make some mistakes, if the other party can admit his mistakes consciously, I think it is better than I criticize them directly. I must believe them and give them some small punishment on their monthly performance.
However, the same problem happened again on the same person. The issues made me fall into trouble. About the issue, my boss also blamed me and required me forbidding the issue happened again. After I knew this problem, I prayed for the issue to God. However, I didn’t escape the Boss’s attention today. I also know that the discipline issue brings the bad results. So, tonight I will train and emphasize the importance of the disciplines. Besides, I will keep on praying. And I hope that God can grant me more wisdom to deal with the issue.
After we become a Christian, we still face some difficulties. The Holy spirit tells us that the difficulty can let us grow.
