纽约时报：朝鲜新冠首例，脱北者偷渡回朝鲜

这是 Kaesong, 30万人口的，和韩国接壤的边境城市，现在处于完全的封锁。

North Korea has accused him of bringing Covid-19 across the border. A South Korean news outlet says the 24-year-old man was wanted for questioning over a rape accusation.
尚不明确为什么该男子要逃离韩国。（毕竟好不容易脱北）但是有消息称可能是该男子因为强奸被通缉。

该路径早于2012已经有朝鲜通过这条路逃到韩国了。

个人的想法：这个案例对朝鲜的影响会是怎么样呢？肯定的说，朝鲜是没有这个能力去控制疫情的扩散。这个返回到朝鲜的脱北者，纵然平时都会受到制裁，更别说还可能给这个国家带来疾病的传染。
