复盘时间到，真正复盘起来，发现自己练习英语这么久还是除了发音有些进步外，听说读写还是很多问题。

toil /toil/

toil表示“艰难缓慢地移动”的时候,通常会与介词up搭配。此外,toil还可以表示“(长时间)苦干,辛勤劳作”,例如 toil for years 多年来一直辛勤劳作。

复盘内容
一抄写趣配音句子。挺久没手写，发现写起句子来，又有了深一层的体会，边抄句子、释义边听时，发现更能体会句子情感，思考发音时怎么改进。下周练习时可以结合手抄、耳听、嘴动，练起来。
二回顾一周7天分享的单词，选3个造句，绞尽脑汁。每天分享单词时，感觉对比之前光跟读练习发音更有收获，对单词、用法记忆更深了。但是到自己创造句子时，还是要想很久，认识到自己单词写作运用延展方面还有很长的路要走。
三就这一周的心得了，每天完成配音，每日一句，分享单词任务，还真是10分钟就够，这复盘任务一出，才发现从中可以做的，可以收获的更多，希望能继续和群里的小伙伴一起深入参与，进步更多吧。
