thanks for your help, but the process isdifferent with the normal manufacturing process, because we run this trail withthe following

The first time Grinding (18.2~18.3mm) – The second time grinding(17.95mm) – Scorching – Grinding again we ground two times before scorching, and we ground again after scorching, so we ground threetimes for this trail totally, that cause:

1 reduce effiency and add cost

2 the appearance of the friction block is different with the normal pads after scorching, the color is more lighter than normal scorching almost without the scorching layer, because we run grinding again after scorching. 

I just end the Skype meeting with R&D center, and this meeting last about 45 minutes:

1, Firstly, Wallace said some recognition points to Laixi plant, such as:

1.1 Two new formulations launch in Laixi plant this year;

1.2 Laixi has shifted their GOGAN mean value from 28 to 35

1.3 Temperature PID adjustment with R&D center;

1.4 IATF16949 Etc.

2 From HT:

2.1 He required us to do  the pressure curve with D785 of M107 formula;

2.2 He aslo required us to study the difference of the GOGAN between two sides, when we do the GOGAN testing, we should confirm the difference, and then tell the result to technician.
