Day 17 总结
#关于词汇复习#
今天特别有体会的一点是关于转为主动储备的词汇的回顾，之后需要加强频率、并且认真对待了。就像句子翻译的第5句出现的vast state，在看到笃师给出的“臃肿”后，只能依稀记得之前出现过形容机构庞大、效率差的词汇，并不能想起来是什么了。只好往前翻，在此处补上。而且今天上课的时候老师提到了法国选举的时候，解释了一下为什么要两轮选举（因为自从修宪以后，从来没有人在第一轮达到要求——即，获得过半的选票，所以就一直都要进行第二轮投票。），问大家知不知道这第二轮选举用英文怎么说。当时还激动了一下，结果一直处于一种on the tip of my tongue的状态。
所以实在是高估了自己的记忆力，run-off明明不是个冗长难记的词的。之前还想说精读班结束后，按行业、用途分类做词汇表的时候再巩固一下8个topic的生词。想想那时候估计没记下几个。光看看感觉是不够的，还是得多读加深印象然后自测。
#关于本文的结构#
此外，读这篇文章的时候就觉得它的架构“很经济学人”。背景介绍、原因分析框架都很明晰。尤其是最明显的结尾部分，都无需像Topic3总结的时候那样看着思维导图仔细辨认，就能判断出它在全文中属于何种功能。
#关于时事#
虽说是结构上比之前的更明晰，也没有上次那么多的专有名词，但翻译的时候还是暴露出了像是翻译腔和理解没错但翻译缺乏准确性等问题。前几次的翻译问题大都不在于此，也没有这次出这么频繁。我个人认为是平常这个领域的中文储备缺乏造成的——我平常对政治这类的题材接触较少，导致对这种政体、选举啊这些的常识也无。（一些这样的词汇已经在译注中加粗。）尤其是开学后，不像放假在家有时候还跟着家人看看新闻，没有电视的我不会去主动搜索关注、已经完全与时事隔绝了（在看这篇文章前我……并不知道法国在选举）。
感觉要补，会是一个很长的过程，现在想的是先找一个自己喜欢的新闻节目日常关注来入门（文本的像是报刊或是软件，像是之前下的news digest已经落灰了，感觉还是找个有人说话的可能会好点……）然后慢慢再拓展。
虽然目前并没有要做译者的打算，但也希望自己能“Know something about everything.”。慢慢积累吧~
