Live out what God has done in me

Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence---continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose. ---Philippians2:12-13

Your will is in accord with God, but there is a tendency in your flesh that let you not to do what you should do. When the Lord enters your heart, the conscience will awaken the will, and the will must be in accord with God. You will say, “But I don’t know whether my will is in accord with God.” Looking unto Jesus, you will find that your conscience and will agree with God. That let you say “I won’t” in you is weaker than the will, and they are ever contrary to God. At the bottom of man’s heart is his will, not his sin. Will is the most basic element for God to create man; Sin is a perverse disposition that breaks into the heart. The root of the will of a reborn man is the almighty God. “Because you aspire to do matters, which is God’s action in you, the purpose is to fulfill God’s good will.”

Live carefully what God has done for you. You do not fulfil the salvation yourself, but live it, trusting in the Lord’s perfect salvation with the unwavering faith, as a basement. Then the will that comes from your heart will not be contrary to God. God’s will is your will, and the choices that you naturally make are consistent with God’s will. Life is as natural as the breathing. God is the source of your intentions, so you can do his will. Stubbornness is an unwise wedge that hinders the truth and refuses to be enlightened. The only way is to blow it open with dynamite, which is the obedience to the holy spirit.

Do you believe that the almighty God is the source of your will? Not only does God expect you to do his will, but he does it in you.

Dear God, when I look up you, exalt me. Shine your face upon me, that I may reflect it on you.
