Talking about an artist’s succes

Some people believe that it is the innate talents that make a person an artist, while others think that it is the efforts a person puts in that make the person an artist. In my opinion, I tend to think that a person’s working hard is more important than his innate talents, but the innate talent element is also vital. As Edison said, success is one percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration. From his words, we know that a person’s working hard is very important, one percent inspiration is essential part.

If a person wants to be an artist, he must have talents and like to spend more time to study. Only then may he realize his dreams. A person keeping on hard working doesn’t necessarily bring success, but many famous artists must experience more efforts for their dreams. For example, a famous artist from China named 王仁华loved painting as a child. It’s very pity that she was exiled to a farm during her middle school. Two years later, she was arranged to work in a plastic factory as an employee. In her mind, she never forgot the fact that she wanted to be an artist. When she was nearly 30 years, she suddenly had a thought to learn painting. After a decade’s effort, her painting made the preliminary results. When she was sixty years, she gained many award-winning from domestic and international. To realize her resolution, she worked hard for nearly thirty years.

From this lady’s experience, it proves that, as an artist, success is one percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration. Needless to say, I never question this point from Edison, forever.
