    How to balance your work and life 如何平衡你的工作和生活

    Everyone needs to balance their works and lives. If their lives get out of the control, they should consider the reason why their lives are going wrong. If they always spend many time on doing work without relaxed time, they will face the health problem. In my opinion, if you want to enjoy your work and life, the following three ideas may help you to improve. 每个人都需要平衡他们的工作和生活。如果他们的生活失控,就应该考虑失控的原因了。如果他们一直花很多时间在工作上而没有放松的时间,就会面临健康问题。就我而言,如果你想享受工作和生活,下面三个建议可以帮助你改善。

    First, it’s important for you to attend some trainings about your work every year. As you know, we have to finish our work smoothly and earn more money to improve our life quality. If your work always loss control and don’t have time to relax, your life will be bored and exhausted. For example, the man and woman from the pictures are very tired. The man often stay at the office working overtime. Even then, he is not able to finish his task. For him, many documents need to be dealt with and there are many memos on the blackboard, etc. He is very exhausted due to pretty hard work, but he can’t loss this job for his family. His wife is also tired because she must do many housework and take care her baby every day. They both expect that they can charge like electronic products to gain energy. If the man is able to finish your work within eight hours effectively by attending some trainings, he will have enough time to enjoy his family life and his wife can enjoy her personal time.

    Second, doing exercise is one of the cheapest ways to relax after a long working day. Nowadays, many people are sub health state without any exercise, especially white-collars. If you make time to do exercise three times a week, this question won’t be annoying. In addition, physical activity can increase the efficiency of the running of brain. For me, I love jogging, doing yoga and swimming. Needless to say, I have enough energy to face my work every day.
