When we are away from our homes and in the calm and supportive environment of a meditation center, maintaining awareness takes priority. Outside of the center, we are motivated more by the sense of "me" and "mine," "my home" and "my family." If we can change our view so that we see our home as similar to the center, then our practice will become much smoother.
当我们离开家，投入到无比清净、适宜禅修之所，保持觉知被放在了首位。离开禅修中心，我们更多的被我、我的、我的家和我的家庭这些意识所驱动。如果我们能转变视角将自己的家看成中心，我们的练习将会顺利很多。
