身为一家大型的企业，每天都会销售出大量的商品。由于购买商品的消费者有着不同的消费习惯，同时在对商品的使用方法上有所不同，尽管商品合格靠谱，但是，企业同样会因此接到大量的投诉订单。美国某汽车公司一次接到了一个有趣的投诉。
