Nowadays, more and more people concern the healthy problem and desire a healthy body. Because of some bad habits, it’s more difficult for everyone to keep a healthy habit. For example, using mobile phone long time, which cause lower sleeping quality; frequent late-night snacks may make the body fatter; eating spicy food replace meal; drinking soft drinks instead of water; eating more meat without vegetables and so on. With the time, these bad habits cause our health problems and the doctors will give us some warnings.
A New year has come. Many people have made some plans and decide to finish them in 2019. Do your plans include how to live in health?
In my opinion, I often pay more attention to my health. There are three habits below insisted in during my life to keep myself healthy.
Frist, I cook three meals by myself every day. And I like eating whole grains porridge. The whole grains include black beans, red/green beans, oats, buckwheat, sweet potato and soybean. These whole grains provide enough nutrition for my body. I am good at cooking vegetable dishes without meat. For me, eating two types of fruits is necessary every day. Apple and banana are my favorite fruits. I almost eat more than ten types of food every day. Of course, I also like meat, only once per week, including Fish, fresh Grade Breast and pig lean meat. In my eyes, whether your food is healthy mainly depend on how to cook vegetable and meat. Usually, I enjoy steaming farmed striped bass fish, boiled pig lean meat and fresh Grade Breast. I reject any fried food, sweet and spicy food in any time.
On another side, doing exercise is very vital for me. So far, due to my limited time, though I only go jogging three times per week, I always insist in going to work on foot every day. It almost takes me more than ninety minutes on the way to my home and the company. I love doing exercise no matter how I am tired. If I have some setbacks or bad mood, doing exercise can help me reduce stress.
The final habit I have kept on for three months is to read the Holy Bible. There is a popular saying that some diseases are caused by the unhealthy emotions. Reading the Holy Bible let me have peace to face all difficulties. Frankly, the key to keep the healthy is to eliminate those negative emotions and develop a healthy mindset.
