问题总结:1.侧角转动式容易耸肩,髋不中正(解决方法:沉肩向下,蹬直后面的腿,延展脊柱,调整骨盆。)
2.半月式脚抬得不够高,上抬的手与下面的手不在一条直线上(解决方法:对着镜子练习,或者叫同学帮忙纠正)
3.鸟王式小臂距离面部太近了,躯干不够延展(解决方法:小臂远离面部,抬手臂向上,用呼吸带动身体延展两侧腰)
