放妻书及翻译

最近听说某对明星离婚了，在各自的微博上，引用了一段古文当中的两句，

偶然间看到这两句话出自敦煌莫高窟出土的放妻书，原文如下。

既以二心不同，难归一意，快会及诸亲，各还本道。愿妻娘子相离之后，重梳婵鬓，美扫蛾眉，巧呈窈窕之姿，选聘高官之主。解怨释结，更莫相憎。一别两宽，各生欢喜

真的好喜欢这个段子，有文化的人，即便一拍两散，也显得那么，有格调不同凡响，彼此间，绝不恶语相向，忍不住手痒，把它翻译成英文

Since we are at odds with each other and could hardly compromise， we therefore kindly inform our family members that we return to our own paths in our lives.  I wish you, my dear ex，after our divorce,could make yourself fair by reworking your hair and eyebrows so as to be betrothed by a high- bringing groom.
