These days I find that there are some symptoms of lack of water in my body, like edema and inflammation.
From internet, I learned that an adult need to drink enough water about 2000 ml per day, it’s equal to 8 glasses of water. So I want to keep a record of how many times I drink water, but I don’t know what should I do. Make records sounds kind of boring and meaningless, and the way of do it is also different, an appropriate way of making report is crucial, it’s influence directly how long can I insist.
Finally I prepare take notes on my phone for a week, and to see if there will be different then before.
Water is the best medicine. The state of lack of water is actually terrible.
