词本无意，意由境生
境为语境，一个词是孤立的，只有在语境中一个词在可以发挥出它真正的作用。
以Prince Caspain: the Return to Narnia为例，分享我是怎么背单词的。
首先，在语篇中背单词
Trumpkin, with heavier and jerkier movement, did likewise and even Trufflehunter hopped and lumberred about as best he could.
在这个语篇中，我不太清楚jerkier这个词，所以我把这个词变成黑体
然后查它的英文释义，最好是英文，因为对应成中文的翻译会有偏差。
Jerky: adj. Jerky movements are very sudden and quick and do not flow smoothly.
所以，这个单词搞定了吗？
不，身为一个资深的学习者，做到这一步还不够呢！
不断复习，最好造个句，把这个单词变成自己可以灵活运用的单词，这才是背单词的最高境界。
再给个例子:
The Moles proposed throwing up entrenchment round the lawn before they did anything else.
n. Entrenchments are a series of long deep holes called trenches which are dug for defence by soldiers in war.
另外，在以萧伯纳的《卖花女》的文本为例:
1.sad but magnanimous.
Adj. If you are magnanimous, you believe kindly and generously towards ab. especially after defeating them or being treated badly by them.

If you demean yourself, you do sth. which makes people have less respect for you.

n. Condescension is condescending behaviour.

造句:I always have a delicacy about using this delicate bowl.
5.He's incorrigible, Eliza. You won't relapse, will you?
Adj. If you tell somebody they are incorrigible, you are saying, often in a humorous way, that they have faults which will never change.
6. She will relapse into the gutter in three weeks without me at her elbow.
