How to find a person who will help you grow?
One thing I learned from the TED Talk is that I can invest in 2 currencies, one is performance currency and another is relationship currency.
Performance currency is that I must work hard and work smart to go above others expectations.
And I also need excel myself constantly in my work and career.
Relationship currency is that I must create chances to have interaction with my fellow colleagues, letting them get to know me. And I will create chances to help others.
Just remember one thing: invest in yourself and invest in your relationship. These two will get you to the top.
