It's Wednesday and sunny today, i woke up about 5:10 this morning, and i will stay in the dormitory today due to it is very cold in the office, and we cann't turn on  the aircondition.

i attended the Skype meeting with R&D center at 8:00 o'clock.

From HT

he required us to study why there was a difference between 9A and 9B for the heating rate and performance? and also asked us to do the improvement of the GOGAN to meet the CPK 1.67 for GM project.

From Wallace:

He required us to provide  the standard deviation, the max data, the minimum data and the average data for each formula.

i asked him to select two part numbers of the UTIL back plate randomly, and to measure the flatness and then caculate the CPK.

the samples from HT will reach plant today, we should measure the flatness and then put them into production, when we grind them we should adjust the grinding speed and fine & rough grinding thickness to get the better CPK data for parallelism and flateness.

he should track the improvement progress for the rusty issue of the UTIL back plate. and also we had sent the email to SQE team, we need their help for this problem.
