所有的菜切完就要晒,不能晒的太狠,太阳大一天,最多不超过两天,不能把水分晒干,会影响口感

把晒好的菜干洗干净沥水,放盆里撒盐用手抓匀,腌出水的用手挤掉,把菜挤半干,干很了口感不好,湿很了口感也不行,没有多余的水分为止,把准备好的葱姜蒜类辣椒粉八角粉糖等调味料拌匀,口味因人而异,最主要的还要放点香油,多少自己定,要香一点可以放点芝麻,自己也可以随意搭配,不影响口感即可。
