I had read some sentences about what should you do if you don't know what you want, that is doing exercise, going to bed early and getting up early, eating regular meals, and reading more good books. That also said that you can never go wrong with these, if you still have no goals, by doing these you can also have a healthy body, profound knowledge, which is enough to put you ahead of 80% of your peers.
I think that is true enough. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus had made many people stay at home, some of them waste a lot of time on cellphones while others make full use of time on reading and learning, some of them get bored with this while others feel much enriched with what they do. The gap between people is determined by how to make full use of ones spare time.
Many people say that they are too busy to read books or do exercise or do other things, but they still spend a lot of time on the entertaiment from cellphones. Very often, it's not because you don't have time, it's just because you don't know how to use time and how to focus on the things what you want to do.
In the first stage of staying at home, I did yoga every day, but with less concentration, maybe every 15 minutes I need to stop and be in a daze. Later on, when I realized that I was in a daze, I told myself that returning to the normal state and continue to do yoga. One month later, I can concentrate on doing yoga for two hours. And now, I not only do yoga, but also play piano, read and listen English news and write an English essay every day. When I finish the task of these, I feel immensely fulfilled. Sometimes I also spend time on wechat or thrill, when doing these more than half an hour, I ask myself to stop and do the meaningful things.
There is much to be done, if you can take it, you can make it.
