改变健身方式(12)

    我目前是下班后锻炼,每周三次。周二练瑜伽,周四练腿,周六跑步。

    I am now taking execises three times a week after work.Doing yoga on Tusdays,execising legs on Thursdays and running on weekends.

    最近发现这越来越不方便了。下班后的首要事情是买菜做饭,时间上跟锻炼冲突了。其次,锻炼完了再吃饭,错过了跟家人共进晚餐。另外,吃饭太晚肚子不舒服。

    I  find  it  becomes less convenient.The most important thing after work is cooking dinner instead of execising.Execising after work,firstly  it conflicts with the cooking,secondly I'll missed the oppurtunity of having dinner with family,thirdly I'll have a stomachache if dinner time is too late.

    其实吃过晚饭有很大一段空闲,这个时候适合跟儿子外出散步闲聊消食。改变吧,工作日晚上的锻炼改为做家务和散步,周六早上做瑜伽,周日早上跑步。

    It is suitable for chating,strolling and helping digestion after dinner.I'll change my fitness methods,doing house chores and walking out on weekdays,doing yoga and running on weekends.

    顺其自然才是最好的选择。

    It is the most choices that let nature take its course.
