手冲咖啡的看图步骤
1.咖啡豆磨粉
(根据自己的标准:白糖颗粒,粉量30克)

2.滤纸边折一下

3.手冲器皿准备好,放入折好的滤纸。

4.热水浸湿滤纸
(滤纸去掉异味,同时烫过容器)

5.倒入磨好的咖啡粉

6.焖蒸
(细水注入,盖过咖啡粉,闷蒸)

(闷蒸过程中看到咖啡表面光泽开始下降,就要用画圈的方式均匀的注水)
