没想到一本200页的小册子书，读了5天还没有读完。书中还事有些养分的可以吸取的，不过很担心中文译本会不会变成鸡汤书。
1. 当你有个创意出来，结果可能有三种：输、赢、什么都不是
读到这个地方我想说的是，很多时候，我们都没有把创意哪里实施，那就什么都没有了
You get an great idea, you go through the hard work of executing the idea, and then you release the idea out into the world, coming to a win, lose or draw. Sometimes the idea succeeds, sometimes it fails, and more often than not, it does nothing at all. This simple formula can be applied to almost any type of world project: there is an initial problem, the work done to solve the problem, and the solution.
2. 你有能“教”别人的东西吗？
Teaching people doesn’t subtract value from what you do, it actually adds to it.
教别人东西，你不会有任何损失，相反，教授他人会滋养你。
Think about what you can share from your process that would inform the people you’re trying to reach. Have your learned a craft? What are your techniques? Are you skilled at using certain tools and materials? What kind Of knowledge comes along with your job?
The minute you learn something, turn around and teach it to others. Share your reading list. Point to helpful reference materials. Create some tutorials and post them online.

3. 专注你的热爱
Make stuff you love and talk about stuff you love and you’ll attract people who love that kind of stuff. It’s that simple.
Whatever excites you, go do it. Whatever drains you, stop doing it.
4. Meeting people online is awesome, but turning them into IRL (in real life)is even better.
把线上的朋友变成生活中的朋友是一件很酷的事情。
