An old saying is that “Touch pitch, and you will be defiled.” From my point of view, I strongly agree the word from the ancients. Similarly, to avoid the bad environment affecting the students’ learning, it is very essential to provide a good study atmosphere for students.

First, one of important elements affecting learning is from students’ home environment. In most cases, some students performing badly are influenced by the families’ situations. For example, their parents have a strained relationship with quarrel. They grow up in such families, even if the parents can pay more attention to children’s learning and provide some rich hardware conditions, the students can’t have a good attitude to focus on learning carefully. In the negative home environment, the atmosphere may bring them more anxiety and unease. Thus, it is very challenging for students to insist in studying hard.

In the other hand, I also agree that a good class environment and the responsible teachers’ correct leading are benefit to correct the students’ attitude. We can imagine that, in a good learning atmosphere, when nearly all students keep a right attitude to focus on learning carefully, there should be hardly students escaping class to do some wrong things.

Besides, I think, by making some positive friends, it is very benefit to improve students’ learning. But, there is a vital reminding about making friends. In the time with full of temptation, students must follow strict rules to make some positive friends, who can help each other on learning. In this way, when they face anxiety due to learning stress, if the other party can provide some help, the students may adjust themselves in time, because I believe that the excellent friends can be influenced each other and make progress together.

Finally, I’d like to emphasize a truth that the power of some positive examples around students is real important. For example, when they stay at home, their habits are from the parents’ influence. At the school and public, they often learn from the teachers, classmates and other friends. In short, to cultivate excellent students, the suitable environments surely increase their progress several folds.
