Meditation is coming from Indian and popular all over the world these days. As far as I know more and more people choose meditation to help themselves from psychology health and physical health.
I am used to meditation when I meet one serious problem which hurt my body and soul. Spend 5 minutes every day in the night before go bed. The result is not what I expected because I can't control my mind, it always think different negative things and sometimes I felt asleep.
I guess I should have a teacher to teach me how to do meditation. The way I tried is wrong so the results is not good.
meditation is always useful and helpful when you join in it. I am pessimistic so I really need it to change my mind. to focus on the positive part.
