Normal case, 作为人体，就是正常状况。
我们如何理解海外项目的正常工况？举个例子，人的正常工况是什么？就是你平时大多数的情况。比如：
体重，体温，身高，气色，食欲，穿戴，心情等。
这些基本状况不打变化，说明是一个正常状况，也就是人体的正常工况。变了，就是特殊状况，小的增加较少穿戴，大的情绪不好，严重的就是生病，紧急状况就是急诊或突发事件等。
项目或装置或工厂有周期性，20年？30年？因为设备等要老化，有折旧。人体，也一样，有童年，少年，青年，中年，老晚。每个阶段是相对稳定的，有自己的正常状况，每升级一个阶段，就有所不同，开始是向上，平稳，之后就走下坡路。
Normal case, 在工程上，就是正常工况。
For an example to clarify the design cases related.
Generally, PFD and heat and material balance shall be provided based on plant normal capacity. We believe that PFD and material balance shall be updated based on this comment but no rework is required for other PDP documents since documents which are related to flow ratesuch as rotary equipment (Pump and compressor), flow instrument, control valve data sheets shall be completed with min./normal/ maximum flow rate.
Minimum/ normal/ maximum flow rate of each equipment/ instrument corresponds to feed minimum flow (25 MMSCFD)/ normal flow (58.3 MMSCFD)/ design flow (66 MMSCFD) respectively.
Some data sheets of the aforementioned equipment/ instrument submitted in PDP are attached, Minimum/ normal/ maximum flow rate are included in these data sheets which shall be filled in.
To make a long story short, It can be acceptable to keep PFD and material balance sheet based on maximum flow rate if CRYOSYS insists on.
But, since it is not normal, a note shall be added in PFD and material balance : “All flow rates are reported based on maximum plant capacity (66 MMSCFD for total feed flow rate)”.
