It's Thursday and sunny today, i woke up about 4:40 this morning, and i am working in the dormitory, i only had a cucumber as the breakfast. and i will stay in the room the whole day.

From Wallace:

he will communicate this quality issue with SQE tomorrow, so he sent a email to us and asked us to update the implementation status for the corrective and preventive actions.

I sent the updated 8D report to him 5 minutes ago.

i also sent the function testing data from January to March to him, but the NG rate was too high for each formula, and i also said as following:

I hope you and your family are safe and healthy!

Please check the testing data, our technician haddid their best to adjust the parameters according to the function testingresult, I think it is better than before, but we should pay more effort tostudy the variation of different press and different work stations.

From Spring:

we received a local customer complaint from him, that the pad with wrong edge code information, excpet this information the customer also said that there ware some chippings on slot and edge of the pad,  i thought that the pads had suffered a force.

he updated the evidence of the corrective action to me, and i had sent them to Spring for review.

i required him to do the preventive maintenance by the maitenance guy.
