食材表:
高筋面粉350g、纯牛奶90g、酸奶100g、炼乳68g、全蛋液38g、白砂糖38g、酵母4g、食盐4g、黄油30g、杏仁片适量
制作方法:
1、把除了黄油以外所有的食材全部倒入厨师机桶内,酵母避开食盐和白糖放进去,以免影响发酵

2、厨师机先开低速揉均匀,然后再开中速把面团揉至能拉出来粗膜,这个时候加入黄油,继续揉面,揉出手套膜就可以了

3、把面团整理光滑,盖上保鲜膜,发酵至2倍到2.5倍大,在中间戳一个小孔不回缩就好了

4、把面团取出来以后不用揉面,轻轻拍打排气

5、将面团平均分成六等份,整理光滑,搓圆,盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟

6、面团上撒一点干面粉防粘,然后擀成牛舌状,反过来光滑的一面朝向下面,把两边的小气孔给拍出来

7、把面饼边缘按薄一点,方便收口

8、面饼卷起来,收口处轻轻捏紧

9、放入烤盘定型,然后盖上保鲜膜,再次发酵至两倍大

10、在表层刷上一层全蛋液,撒上杏仁片做一个装饰,送入预热好的烤箱,175度烤25分钟,面包就做好了
