- . 喜欢这个老师，最近堕落的时候送来了这篇文站，虽然不是拖延症，但问题本质是一样的，总是让猴子胜利，自然Rational总是输啊。这次更改了一个重要谬误，以前觉得自制力是会用光的，所以想放纵时就找借口是为了更好自制。其实自己也发现了，越堕落，就会越堕落，越没有自制力。这次学到了，confidence。需要给RDM以自信，需要不断给！！的自信，力量才能更强大。
- 超级开心，这文章不难，所以读起来很高兴，而且还有漫画，最开心的是，遇到了Stephen Covey’s book,The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People。以及重要四象限。哈，超开心的。英语，英语，我一定会做到的。

- 既然诱惑难以抵抗，就远离。毕竟猴子不好对付，很多不重要不紧急的东西，比如电视，让自己毫无退路，直接一刀两断！
