it's Monday and sunny today, i woke up about 4:40 this morning.

i went to Huangdao stop station about 6:00, and reached Laixi stop station about 9:40, Rain picked me up at the station and then we went to company together.

1, For the shim loose case, we made two testing to validate this problem:

  1.1 we swung the pad al least 5 times back and forth after packaging, and then we confirm the status of the shim;

1.2 we droped  the pads at least 5 times after packaging, and then we check the shim, and also didin't find the loose problem;

2, For the EHT1868H we only change the structure of the chamfer at the hot press process, and didn't change the thickness of the pad at the chamfer location.

1, he should summary  the quality data analysis for the past three days;

2, he should tell the purchasing guy, we cann't give a confirmation for the NRS back plate within a short time, we need to validate the cure process for some special formulas;

To Elizabeth:

she need to statistic the workload for R&D center.

he just loaded the J2521 of D1159 of M26 formula;
