2.需要6个鸡蛋,40g糖和160g蛋糕粉

3.加入糖,和鸡蛋一起打匀,再加入牛奶,搅拌均匀,最后加入黄油搅拌均匀

4.将蛋糕粉分批次筛入蛋液中,搅拌均匀,但是我每次都会结块,然后就用勺子在碗内壁上将它们碾碎,不知道大家会不会这样,有没有什么好的办法可以建议一下

5.将上面弄好的过滤三四遍,过滤的时候会发现下面还是有很多结块的,我会再加入过滤好的千层皮液,再用勺子碾碎,反复几遍,然后将过滤好的盖上一层保鲜膜,放入冰箱备用

6.接下来是打发淡奶油,我用的250ml的雀巢淡奶油,准备25g左右的糖,喜欢吃甜一点的加入40g糖也OK,根据个人口味调吧

7.先用电动打蛋器低速打至奶油起大泡,这时加入一半的糖

8.继续用低速打至奶油出现纹路,加入剩下的糖

9.换成中速打,直到奶油出现更明显的纹路,再换成低速

10. 继续打至奶油成型,感觉到有明显的阻力就可以停下来了,将奶油放入冰箱冷藏

11. 将冰箱中的千层皮液拿出来,准备一个平底锅,还有模具,准备摊皮
舀出差不多下面半勺的量,开小火,天然气最里面那圈最小的火,加入模具中,摇匀

12. 观察到千层皮起泡泡,就差不多了(有时候泡泡不会这么明显),我每次看到起泡泡,会拿起来翻过来,因为四个角比中间难熟一点,我会让热气再加热一下下

13. 将煎好的千层皮取下,我会借助一下这种小刷子,不然皮容易破

14. 待煎好的皮冷却后放入冰箱备用
这时候可以切芒果,我会用小台芒,虽然扒皮比较麻烦,但是感觉比大芒果要香很多,这个看个人喜好吧

15. 在盒子底部铺一张皮,抹一层奶油,再铺一层皮,加入一层芒果,再一张皮,一层奶油,一张皮,一层芒果,一张皮,一层奶油,一张皮就ok了,如果盒子够大还可以继续,然后放入冰箱冷藏一下或者直接吃都可以
