总结感想：“复盘是写给自己的，把注意力放在自己身上”这句话真的很受用。我承认我是个很懒的人，之前从来不会做笔记，因为我觉得我记了也不会去看去复习的。自从开始真正的想要把英语学好，想要去改变点什么的时候，才会开始说想要记点什么。一路上自己摸索，挺累的其实，也有过沮丧想放弃的念头。不过静下心来想一想我并没觉得我走的是弯路，因为学习不都是慢慢探索的过程吗？学习方法也是各种参考积累和不断去修改的，并不会一成不变。把自己从舒适区拉出来真的不容易，努力不一定有用，可是不努力真的啥都没有。需要做到的是调整好心态，这很重要。
9月晨读的时候我觉得好慌，因为之前从来没去这样学习过语音，觉得跟不上节奏，信息量太大了。不过慌只是自己给自己加戏，怕这怕那。静下来学习的时候就会发现哎呀这并没有什么，练就对了，然后慢慢的一点一点去纠正。10月的时候买的赖世雄老师的美式音标的书把音标重头练一遍练准，空杯心态，从0开始。然后跟着大部队一起赏析文章学会如何去更好的阅读。
不足之处：我很喜欢各种收藏大家分享的干货，以至于收藏那么多不及时去消化就会很焦虑觉得什么也没做到。10月晨读说实在的我觉得我没有学到什么，因为没有用心去听课。最近有点浮躁，晨读早上也起不来，就后面再补，很不喜欢这样的自己。
改变：把赏析内容重新过一遍，加强理解。先做好每一件小事。一定要把拖延症给征服，要趁热打铁。不能找各种理由去偷懒，调整好心态，制定计划，去回顾去学习。
