食材表:
鸡腿2个、大米150g、鸡蛋1个、姜片2片、老抽2g、食盐2g、洋葱20g、清水适量、玉米淀粉6g、细砂糖3g、叉烧酱10g、食用油少许、西兰花2朵、海苔碎适量
制作方法:
1、鸡腿去骨后切丁,放入碗中

2、碗中放入姜片、老抽、食盐,用手抓拌均匀,然后腌制15分钟

3、大米淘洗干净,放入电饭煲内胆中,加入适量的清水,然后开始煮饭(约30分钟)

4、调酱汁。准备一个小碗,加入玉米淀粉,倒入200g的清水,加入细砂糖、叉烧酱,搅拌均匀备用

5、热锅,倒入少量食用油,然后放入洋葱丁,中火翻炒约2分钟

6、炒出香味后,加入腌制好的鸡丁,翻炒后加入调好的酱汁,煮开后盖上锅盖,小火焖煮约5分钟

7、米饭煮熟后开盖,在米饭表面加入焖煮后的辑顶,磕入1个鸡蛋,然后盖上电饭煲,继续焖煮约10分钟

8、西兰花焯水约2分钟,然后讲焯熟的西兰花切碎
