今天要和大家一起分享的是剑桥真题12中的一道句子填空题。这种题型需要考生根据空格前后定位原文，然后原词填空，并有字数限制要求。它的难度不大，比较容易得分，主要考察考生的定位能力和词语替换能力。

根据破折号表示“解释”，“that is也就是说”也表示“解释”，所以第一句话的重点就是“There are the people who collect because they want to make money”。我们要找它的例子，就要继续看第二句话，那么第二句话中的“say”这个词是个关键，在这里究竟表示什么含义呢？
“say”在柯林斯词典中的第11条释义中表示“比如说”（见下图）。所以例子就是“They'll look for antiques”，他们收藏的自然也就是“antiques古董”呢。此题应该填“antiques”。

OG T1 R2 Para D: When an airport location can be promoted as a business venue, this may increase the overall appeal of the airport and help it become more competitive in both attracting and retaining airlines and their passengers. In particular, the presence of meeting facilities could become one of the determining factors taken into consideration when business people are choosing airlines and where they change their planes.
此处的“in particular”表示“尤其，特别是”，其后接具体事例来将前面一句话具体化。
其实，在剑桥真题中类似表达“举例”的短语不胜枚举。建议大家平时在刷题的过程中一定要注意知识点的归纳总结，这样方便在后期相应题目中能迅速反应。
