You used to be a bullet

射进我的颅骨

Which went into my skull

多少年了梦里醒里

For many years whether awake or in dreams

总感到隐隐的疼痛

I always felt a dull pain

如今你已是一种病毒

Now you have become a virus

侵入我的肌体

Invading my body

无法疗救

Which is incurable

聚会后成了终身的痼疾

You have become my lifelong illness after the meeting
