《台湾民法典》英译练习：23-26

第 23 條

因特定行為選定居所者，關於其行為，視為住所。

Whoever choose a place to live for some special reason, the place should be recognized as his residence.

第 24 條

依一定事實，足認以廢止之意思離去其住所者，即為廢止其住所。

If we can judge from certain facts that this man is going to leave his house, then we can abolish the person's residence.

第 二 節 法人

Corporation.

第 一 款 通則

第 25 條

法人非依本法或其他法律之規定，不得成立。

Corporation cannot be established except in accordance with the law.

第 26 條

法人於法令限制內，有享受權利負擔義務之能力。但專屬於自然人之權利義務，不在此限。

Except for some rights and obligations that are belong to natural persons,  corporation and natural persons enjoy the same rights and bear the same obligations.
