请让我坐在你身旁放松片刻，手头的工作，我稍后再完成。

看不见你的面容，我的心无法休息和舒缓，我的工作变成无边苦海中无尽的苦役。

今天，夏日来到我的窗前浅叹低吟；蜂群在林花绽放的院里弹唱。

此刻正好与你相对静坐，在这宁静而悠长的闲暇中，唱起生命的献歌。

原文：

I ask for a moment's indulgence to sit by thy side. The works that I have in hand I will finish afterwards.

Away from the sight of thy face my heart knows no rest nor respite, and my work becomes an endless toil in a shoreless sea of toil.

Today the summer has come at my window with its sighs and murmurs; and the bees are playing their minstrelsy at the court of the flowering grove.

Now it is time to sit quite, face to face with thee, and to sing dedication of live in this silent and overflowing leisure.
