Nowadays, Chinese women are being put in a dilemma of how to maintain teh balance between their career and their family. With the development of education, Chinese woman get higher social status and more powerful financial capacity by their hardworking. In my opinion, with regard to the world's trends and women's innate capacity, I submit Chinese woman should care about their career first. The reasons are as follows.

Firstly, having their own career , Chinese women are equipped with financial ability. With financial capacity, Chinese woman can have their own voice in family, because the rights in family is based on financial capacity. I definitely oppose the saying that women are boomed to be someone's wife, someone's trophy and someone's property. And I strongly believe every person is equal, but this society still is biased under the influence of traditional Chinese value. With the upsurge of woman, I think this outdated value can be broken forever.

Secondly, having their own career, Chinese woman can be spiritual independent. The invisible enemy is more harder to kill than visible enemy. The invisible enemy, as Woolf saying, not only include "the angle invthe house", but also include the consciousness of how man thinking of woman. To fight these two formidable enemies, Chinese woman should have weapon that are polised and hoed by woman when woman are struggling in their career. By caring their career, Chinese woman forms their own value and ways of thinking, which is powerful weapon that I mentioned could kill the two invisible enemies.

Only with the weapon of finance and spirit, can Chinese woman can debut on the new stage of China. Who cares the old cliche that woman must be conciliate, conventional and a constituted pen-pusher.
