STEP 1:
Prepare food materials:
Eggs: 3-4pcs,
Flour:45g
Sugar:250g
Milk:25g
Butter: 25g ,need to be melted.
Whipping Cream:100~150g
Durian:some

STEP 2:
Put the eggs into a bowl, add sugar 10g, then stir well.
STEP 3:
Add milk and melted butter into the egg liquid of STEP2 and stir well.
STEP 4:
Mix flour into the above liquid of STEP 3 then filtered for 4 times at least to ensure the liquid is smooth.
STEP 5:
Preheat flat pan on low temperature,cook the mixed liquid into several pcs of biscuit as picture.

STEP 6:
Put the biscuit into the fridge for an hour.
STEP 7:
Stir the pitted durian mashed and refrigrated.
STEP 8:
Add the remaining sugar to whip cream in a low temperature room(this is the hardest task in whole process ) then mix with the mashed durian.

STEP 9:
Put the mixed creamwhip durian onto each of the biscuit and layer one by one.

STEP 10:
Put into the fridge for an hour then cut into pcs and well done.
