A global financial crisis creates a domino effect, which means one problem is often linked to another. It is not hard for people to analyze the problems caused by a global financial crisis if they open up their minds and use their common sense.
The looming financial collapse the governments in some countries are facing. For one thing, governments are criticized for a frothy real estate market and tightening lending standards. For another, any policy made by governments may offend some of the voters, so sometimes governments have to make hard choices.
Besides, a global financial crisis is colored by reduced consumer spending and increased unemployment, which may lead to run-away spending and the growing debt crises for governments, businesses and individuals as well. When governments, businesses and individuals can’t continue spending more money than they take in, they will go broke.
A global financial crisis may also influence people’s opinions on some of the hot issues. Generally speaking, governments, businesses and individuals rely heavily on credit; however, credit is a scarce commodity in a global financial crisis. Most people may feel they are stuck with the bill in the crisis.
All in all, the impact of a global financial crisis is more enormous than people can imagine.
