Suddenly got the urge to record my vertical jump height today. As of today, after three four tries, I got my personal best record-a little over 16inches. That is a whopping 2 inches lot better than my record last year in mid late 2019, where I finished the most intense, grueling 12 wk elite workout program written by MJ’s trainer on my own. And I am so stoked to see that my lower body physical capacities now meet standards of the LPGA pros! (My core and upper body results have been always good) BUT there is still a long way to get to the top. Next year I will get to 19 and the next following year I will get to 21. My brother said that if I’d improve my jumping technique I would have even gained greater leaps. Besides, my body has not recovered fully from this week’s training so there’s definitely more! 🤩[太阳] #consistent hard work pays off# #day off sunday#
