About obedience

Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as salves for obedience, you are salves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness? --- Romans6:16

We should examine which forces rule us. The first step is to acknowledge the hard truth that I am so enslaved that I am responsible because I have surrendered to this force. If I am my slave, I will take responsibility for myself, because I have given in to myself. In the same way, if I am obedience to God, I am surrendering to Him.

If we have given in to selfishness from our childhood, the most violent bonds on earth will be found. This bondage formed by the surrender is beyond the power of human nature to get rid of. If all we must do indulge our passion, we will become its slave. “Passion” is the thing that people wants to get it immediately, including both the physical and the mental lust. Once we are surrendering to them, it doesn’t help that we hate ourselves for not doing so. Unless we are saved by God, there is absolutely no way out by ourselves. Be humble and humble before the Lord Jesus, for He alone can rule over us. The Lord has anointed me to report the release of captives.

For the smallest of matters in the life, we always think that we can drop the habit anytime easily. However, it is impossible to take the action to correct them. we will find that the habit rule us because we are willing to surrender to it.

It’s easy to sing that” he breaks all chains.”, but at the same time it’s clear that we still live in our own bonds. Obviously, only by surrendering to Jesus can we free ourselves from any bondage in life.

Dear God, I praise you. You prevent me to seek all kinds of things for myself at once. You make me seek only your eternal proof----your touch, and let me find peace in you.
