Power of Attorney 授权书 翻译

This Power is valid only to the extent that the actions carried out by the Attorney (and where applicable his or her delegates) are in accordance with relevant national and international laws and the policies and procedures of the XX Group.

仅在被授权人（及其委托人，视情况而定）的行为符合相关国家、国际法律以及XX集团的政策与程序时，本授权书方有效。

授权书里的Attorney，我记得可以是任何人，不一定非要是律师。所以这里的attorney做被授权人讲，应该是对的。
