Riding a bus has become my regular commute. I've tried reading books, listening to audio recordings, even enabling Siri to read web pages for me, by trying to take advantage of this commute period.
Most times, it's fine. Once in a while, it gives me dizziness and feelings like throwing up from all the bumpiness during driving. I would immediately stop doing what I'm doing, close my eyes and try to recover.
Generally, I have this urge to fill in time by doing something, rather than letting time just go by. Well, this doesn't work well when I'm on a bus ride, at least sometimes. So, sometimes, I use that time to just look outside of the window, and see the houses, trees, buildings pass by, without pushing hard to squeeze some tasks into that quiet period. I feel really good.
